What did the company want to achieve

The company, with an existing call centre in Australia, wanted to onboard their European call centre on Twilio Flex. The task at hand was to exploit the call overflow across regions and route calls to underutilized call centers. Additionally, they wanted to pull in data directly from their ting CRM system

How did we help them

Karraar helped SolaX define the rules for call overflow to consider business hours across two different time zones. We simplified the call flow for the customer to handle incoming calls from different countries by developing a routing based on agent skills. The customer benefitted from our capability to develop backend and frontend hence providing a we provided a one stop solution for the client&rsequo;s development requirements.

We also updated the agent UI to pull data from the CRM to appear in the correct format when an incoming call came in.

These help dental professionals achieve the clinical results they expect and deliver effective, cutting-edge dental options to their patients. It is a publicly traded company headquartered in San Jose.

What did the company want to achieve

The company wanted connect customers from a custom Line channel platform to their agents using Twilio Flex Contact center. The major challenge was that Line was not a native implementation supported by Twilio. Hence, Aligntech reached out to us to integrate their existing customer support channels of sms and whatsapp. They wanted to onboard new customers using a chat flow and for existing ones the chat needed to directly transfer to the agent.

How did we help them

Karraar helped them build a call flow using Twilio studio with additional error checks. The customer benefitted from the tight integrations built by us with the customer’s exiting CRM platform.
